Primarily B-to-B, these catalogs were used by the employees of various companies to purchase branded promotional merchandise.
I worked closely with Clients, Account Executives, Photographers, and Copywriters to ideate, design, and produce high quality materials. These pieces ranged anywhere from 8 pages to 52 pages... depending on the needs of the client.
Highly promotional in nature, these pieces were used in conjunction with monthly retail events.
During the catalog development process, I was responsible for directing photography for each piece of collateral. I worked closely with Photographers and Stylists to ensure that the right look for a given assignment was captured.
In addition to using Photoshop and/or Illustrator, sometimes I like to take out my colored-pencils, acrylics, or markers and create something totally different.
Aside from catalogs and postcards, I enjoy creating custom graphics. (T-shirt designs, vehicle graphics, calendars, logos, etc.)
The Coca-Cola calendar was an especially challenging project. I created the images for each month from scratch. I pencil-sketched concepts for each month, then used Adobe Illustrator to flesh-out full-color, vector-based graphics.
